[zanog-discuss] Mauritius gazette supplement and the elections

Hi AfriNIC election committee,

Can we get comment on the attached document. I fail to see how an election can proceed when the legitimacy of the receiver is under appointment, and where this document explicitly states that the receiver failed to perform the election in line with court mandated deadlines.

As such I wish to know if the election will still proceed considering this.
