The 2022 Board Election which were stopped through a court order.

While reading that affidavit, there were a number of complaints and one of them was that; the NOMCOM for which I was Chair, had slated only one Candidate for the North African Seat. That Candidate was Prof.Habib.

I will make be publishing the same at different forums to form part of an interesting case study.

I think at a certain point in time, back in 2022, when there was a slate of candidates, the NomCom was discriminated for slating one candidate. What changed now?
