In the ovh datacentres they used normal cardboard boxes and protected the
stuff inside with extra sawdust.

Extra bonus is that when the UPS fails you can roast marshmallows.  😊

I have tried, and failed, on this quest before.
We now usually have a sturdy toolbox stashed in the foot of the rack.
